About The Naked Website

The Naked Website is intended as a first introduction to writing HTML for the World Wide Web. It is so named to reflect the feeling of vulnerability one experiences when starting to learn a new skill. The design of the site also relects the name, with the underlying markup notation displayed on the left hand side, and with spartan use of colour and graphics.

The site does not pretend to teach more than a small subset of html, sufficient to set the interested reader along the road to expertise. There are many more comprehensive guides to html on the Web. A trip to a Search Engine will readily provide a selection to peruse.
