To the man who did not seek fame or fortune, who neither envied the rich nor belittled the poor. To the citizen who never dropped a piece of litter, because he would not be part of the problem. You were never unknown to us. You were our friend and our companion, and with your passing to eternity we are saddened. We are resolved to carry the little flame of hope that you brought to us, and to hand it on through the years.
