The Organ Grinder waited by his organ. |
| The stall holders made ready. |  |

Most arrived by car. The webmaster, along with his wife, son and friend, jaunted from an alternate dimension, rippling the space-time continuum. |
| Their first destination was, naturally, the Eastcote Lodge Stall. |  |

The children had a smashing time, on the Crockery Smash... |
| ...and on the Merry Go Round, and plenty of other things too. |  |
 |
And then the rain came. It did not drive the crowds from the Eastcote stall. |
| But it was a good opportunity for a hot dog, a kebab or a burger. |  |
 |
Or tea and cakes. (Or both!) |
| And then back to the festivities, weather notwithstanding. |  |
